A300 R6 Insulated Thermofin® Air Duct
The A300 Thermofin® Air Duct is a UL® 181 Class 1 used as supply, return or exhaust. It features an aluminum core of T-Fin® semi rigid flexible duct wrapped in a layer of R6 insulation and an outer silver metalized jacket. Our factory crimp on the duct ensures smooth connections.

SPECIFICATIONS
- Thermofin® A100 semi rigid corrugated spiral formed out of aluminum alloy
- 30˚ strength angles between ribs
- Mechanically locked together with continuous knurled leak proof “Acme” lock
- T-Fin® semi rigid flexible duct design allows for better stretching and bending characteristics which helps eliminate flattening on the outside radius of a bend, thus preventing restricted airflow.
- A100 is wrapped in a blanket of fiberglass R6 insulation with multi-layer silver metalized polyester outer jacket
- Outer jacket is silver reinforced “metalized” with scrim mylar vapor barrier
- Meets NFPA90a & 90b
